Our process for Groups:  is multi-layered
  • Learning together (Participation or Pass)
  •  Discussing Ideas (Participation or Pass)
  • Sharing thoughts
  •  Listening to one another
  •  Being part of a Community!
  • We don't need to go fast, we don't need to be perfect, we just need to enjoy ourselves, a community of learners!

1.Facilitator will introduce the topic and review the participant guidelines.

  1. Presenter will present on the topic with discussions encouraged.
  2. “Break-Out” sessions of small groups may be facilitated
  3. Every break out session will have a narrow focus
  4. We always come back to full group discussion

Participation Guidelines

  1. We are an all inclusive community.
  2. What is a MUTE Button? How does it reduce all the little noises from mixing together?
  3. Raising your hand can be a way to draw attention from the group and get space to talk
  4. What happens if you get “bumped “ off or Facilitator does? (Interruption Plan: You go out and come back in, We will have a backup host)
  5. What are Breakout rooms?
  6. Pass anytime you don’t want to share.
  7. Take a break when you need to.
